1. Introduction

Welcome to Bikum! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bikum platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering as a carrier company with Bikum, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Carrier Registration and Account

To use the Service as a carrier, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be legally authorized to represent and bind the carrier company
• Hold all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required by law

3. Verification Process

Bikum reserves the right to verify all carrier registrations. Your account will be subject to approval by our team. We may request additional documentation to verify your identity, company registration, and operating licenses. Bikum may reject or suspend any account at its sole discretion.

4. Service Usage

As a carrier on the Bikum platform, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your vehicles and operations
• Ensure all drivers have valid licenses and meet legal requirements
• Accurately represent your fleet capabilities and availability
• Accept or decline load assignments in a timely manner
• Complete accepted loads according to agreed terms

5. Payments and Fees

Payment terms, commission rates, and fee structures will be provided separately and may vary based on your service agreement with Bikum. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Bikum reserves the right to modify fees with advance notice.

6. Load Information and Documentation

You are responsible for:

• Verifying load details before acceptance
• Maintaining proper documentation for all shipments
• Providing proof of delivery (POD) as required
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly
• Protecting sensitive shipment information

7. Liability and Insurance

Carriers are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage, including but not limited to commercial vehicle insurance, cargo insurance, and liability insurance. Bikum is not liable for any damage, loss, or claims arising from your transportation services.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your operations
• Transport prohibited or regulated goods without proper authorization
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Bikum Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Bikum and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Bikum reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bikum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bikum and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

Bikum reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

18. Severability
